Our History

Woodland Windows and Doors was founded in 1969 by John and Ann Mariotti at the corner of Lake Street and Gary Avenue in Roselle. They called it the Woodland Lumber Company specializing in millwork, doors and selling firewood and railroad ties to make ends meet.
Builders began asking for windows and the "Little House with the Doors of Many Colors" became a popular source for windows and doors, offering high quality installation. Their sons, Rano, Ralph and Ken had helped with the business since they were boys, becoming employees in the 1980’s.

In the 1990’s, the Mariotti’s expanded Woodland’s product offerings to include many of the top rated brands of windows and doors. Woodland had outgrown the original facilities and the buildings were replaced with a 6,000 square foot state of the art showroom. John and Ann Mariotti officially handed over the management of the company to their three sons, Rano, Ralph and Ken Mariotti.
In the 2000’s Woodland created four separate divisions: Homeowner, Homeowners Association, Commercial and Contractor to better serve the individual needs of our clients.
Woodland Windows & Doors celebrated its 49th anniversary.
