Beautiful home with new replacement windows from Marvin Ultimate. Two, three and four wide casement assemblies for a sleek clean presentation. Cashmere exterior color replaced previous taupe color and now perfectly blends with the home's trim, limestone and brick. Gorgeous 3-wide casement with a copper roof. 4-wide casement assembly on first floor. Cashmere exterior clad finish perfectly matches the limestone window frames.
West Chicago Residence

Classic home on a wooded lot built in 1987, homeowners upgraded their original windows with storms, skylights and added a sliding patio door. They selected Marvin Ultimate full window replacements double-hung and awnings. Exterior is stone white clad, white 3/4" between the glass grilles in a Colonial style. They replaced windows with a sliding French patio door to create access to the patio from the “mud room”. LowE with/argon glazing. The old skylights above the bathrooms were replaced with Velux fixed deck mounted skylights.

Country style home in a rural neighborhood features lots of space and views. The homeowners replaced their windows with full frame Marvin Ultimate casements and awnings. They selected large awnings in place of picture windows in order to allow ventilation and not lose the views. The original white windows were replaced with a color that blends with the home’s taupe siding. Pebble Gray exterior and Fruitwood interior finish done by Woodland pre-finishing services. Completed phase one – you can see the difference window color makes on the back of the house, lowers are new and uppers are original.

The owners of this two-story colonial house with beautiful grounds selected Marvin Ultimate full-frame awnings and double-hung replacement windows. Original windows were original single pane true-divided lites with storm windows for protection. Exterior color is Pebble gray and the interior White with folding hardware. Colonial grills between the glass. For this large home, the homeowner elected to have Woodland do the work in two phases between 2015 and 2016.

Phase one was the front of the home with a planned phase two to complete the project.

Bay windows are Generation 2.0 double-hung windows that frame the center picture window. Auto-locking hardware has a sleek look with a single lock point in the center. Owners choose easy to use glider windows for the basement replacements. Sliding doors have top-hung screens and 3-point locking system.

The owners of this charming American Colonial style home spend their time enjoying their sunroom and yard. First, they replaced their old leaking patio door with a Stone White Marvin Elevate (Wood Ultrex) 60” X 80” with multi-point locks and Cambridge Satin Nickel hardware. They upgraded their old skylights with new custom sized Velux fixed skylights for their sunroom.

Beautifully set back on a large lot, the back deck and sunroom are the favorite living spaces when the weather allows. The homeowner is updating the windows and doors in phases. First replacing the old sliding patio doors and interior hinged French doors with new Marvin Signature Stone White replacements. Next came the new windows are Andersen inserts with colonial grilles, and a narrowline profile that make them look like full replacement windows. Phase three brought new Velux fixed skylights with high performance glass, replacing the old worn out units.

The ProVia custom Signet door with sidelites and Schlage Aged Bronze hardware was designed to easily fit into the previous double-door space perfectly updating the look.
