Ken Mariotti
President
Years in the Industry: 57 years
Areas of Expertise: Setting vision and direction, scaling the business, business development, customer engagement, team development
Bio/Background: Ken started working at Woodland Windows part-time in 1969, learning from his father and mother what it truly took to deliver outstanding customer service, the kind that kept customers coming back year after year. His father instilled one guiding principle that shaped the company's culture: "If you take care of the customers, the customers will take care of you."
In 1990, Ken's family asked him to take on the role of leading Woodland, building upon the strong foundation his parents had established. For the next 35 years, he led the company alongside his brothers, continuing the values and traditions that had defined Woodland from the beginning.
Woodland was built on one simple principle:
We, not Me. Ken considered it an honor and a blessing to work side by side with his family to build a stronger, better company because they believed in the power of
We.
Hobbies/Interests: Dedicated to his faith and church ministry, Ken enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, golfing, and supporting his sons through their soccer activities.
