Bio/Background: Phil Mariotti is a third-generation leader at Woodland Windows & Doors. Phil started working at Woodland working part time in the summer during his high school years working in the warehouse and laboring for the install teams. With more than 25 years of experience in the window and door industry, Phil has worked across logistics, installation, customer service, sales, operations, and leadership. As General Manager, he provides day-to-day leadership for the business, aligns internal teams, develops leaders, and helps guide the company’s continued growth.  Phil is passionate about carrying Woodland’s family legacy forward while maintaining the craftsmanship, service, and personal relationships that have defined the company for generations.

Hobbies/Interests: Triathlon training, soccer, spending time with his wife and children, and serving in his church and community.
